The "JVC type" is a stable drain recovery pump that uses a unique high-efficiency jet vacuum pump and a high-temperature spiral pump. Increasing the vacuum level puts reverse pressure on the mechanical seal of the water supply pump, causing frequent failures... Introducing the JVT type vacuum pump solves everything!

The JVT-type drain recovery vacuum pump does not require cooling water and can stably recover high-temperature drains of over 90°C. It uses a unique "high-performance hot water jet pump" in the vacuum generation section, allowing it to suck in air, leak steam, drains, and flash steam, so you can use it without worrying about the drain temperature. In the case of a certain sake brewery discussed here, they wanted to suction drains over 80°C from a heat exchanger at high vacuum with existing equipment, but they faced the following challenges: 1. Large amounts of cooling water are required for drain temperatures above 80°C. 2. Increasing the high vacuum level causes back pressure on the water supply pump, leading to frequent failures.
